This guide provides you with instructions for the tasks you can complete in the LMS as a Group Manager.

As a Group Manager, you can:

  • Assign seats to participants.
  • Assign seats to yourself and access the course through your training plan found under My Training.
  • View invitations sent, the date they were sent, e-mail address they were sent to and their status.
  • View available participants and remaining seats.
  • Revoke or resend invitations.
  • Manage users in each course using the Users tab.
  • Run and export reports on these specific users using the Reports tab.
